Walk with me around the calendar, shall we?
By the end of the month, there will be Live and Let Bite, the next Best Horror winner at the Dragon Awards. I can hope, right? It will be the most awesome, kickass thing ever. Why? I'll get into that tomorrow.
But let's look a little bit at what's coming up, shall we?
JANUARY: Book, The Dragons, Sad Puppies 5 ... sort of ... the Hugos .... sort of ...
Live and Let Bite will be published. My campaigning for the Dragon Award, 2017. And probably also Sad Puppies 5? As I will discuss next Tuesday, I'll be making a suggestion or two about the Hugos -- mostly to make trouble, as I am easily entertained by watching heads explode.
Someone made murmurings about RavenCon. I'll see if they'll let me in as a guest. It's down in Virginia, so it won't be that bad to get there by car.
JUNE / JULY: Publication
Silver Empire, around this time, should be bringing out the rerelease of A Pius Man: A Holy Thriller. Yes, for those people who want it back, your wish will be granted. In fact, it will be better than ever. Why? Because I'll have a professional editor behind me, that's why.
LibertyCon XXX ... if they want me back as a guest. I think so, but I'm not entirely certain.
Whether I attend DragonCon or not, the awards will happen.
I may be at the convention, I don't know. Also, the conclusion of the Love at First Bite series will be published.
DECEMBER: PUBLICATION (SILVER EMPIRE)
This is where A Pius Legacy: A Political Thriller should be coming back.
BONUS ROUND: KING ARTHUR ANTHOLOGY
Brought to you by the same people who gave you God, Robot comes Tales of the Once and Future King, where my story, Arresting Merlin will be appearing alongside those of a whole punch of people, including Morgon Newquist, L. Jagi Lamplighter Wright, Ben Zwycky.
Yup. That's right, you heard it here first: I've got four books, and I'm included in an anthology, and I'll be doing three conventions.
This doesn't even count the Lyonesse program I'm part of with Silver Empire.
2017 will be interesting.
